- During a visit to the museum, it is compulsory for people from the age of 6 and up to the age of 14 to wear a mouth-nose protection and for people starting with the age of 14 to wear an FFP2 mask.

The Kunsthaus Graz includes a parking garage by Kastner & Öhler department store underneath the building (access via Lendkai). Our museums in downtown Graz are located within walking distance. Guided Tour through the Styrian Armoury

The one-hour tour through the world’s largest historical weapons arsenal at its original location shows the many layers of themes surrounding armed conflicts.
more...The entrance to the museum on the Herrengasse is easily accessible and a newly fitted lift provides access to the exhibition areas for all visitors. The route around the inside areas provides step-free access. The upper floors contain wooden panels from old ships. They have been worn away over centuries and therefore they are uneven in a few places. A disabled access toilet is available on the ground floor. It is accessible via a ramp (7% gradient) – assistance may be required.

Assistance dogs are welcome in all of the buildings, park areas and exhibitions of the Universalmuseum Joanneum.

Wheelchairs can be rented free-of-charge on presentation of official photo ID at the ticket counter.

We offer tours and workshops for people with disabilities – advance notification required.
In the case of groups from social organisations, we can provide access to our exhibitions at a special price:
- Price for admission and tour: 3,50 €/person
- Carers: free admission and tour
