We ask for your understanding that the entire park as well as the palace and all museums will open on Thursday, 21 October 2021 not until 1:30pm. Guided tours through the State Rooms will take place at 2, 3 and 4pm.

Prints - An early mass medium

Since 2019, the permanent collection in the Alte Galerie has been complemented by a separate small graphics room which presents two to three themes of the gallery each year.

The holdings of the Alte Galerie consist of three main collections: the art of the Middle Ages, that of the early modern period and prints and drawings in the Graphic collection.
