Please note that your booking is binding! If you wish to cancel or change the date, this can be done free of charge up to 48 hours before the booked date – please let us know in good time. Your failure to attend incurs costs for us, which we will have to pass on to you in the event of a late cancellation or failure to cancel: a cancellation fee of €25.00 per person for private groups (from the first person onwards), or €15.00 per person for booked groups (travel agencies, companies, institutions) in the event of a deviation of 5 or more people from the reserved number of guests. Please ensure that your group arrives at the ‘Zum Göller’ restaurant on time. If you are more than 10 minutes late, the reserved table(s) may be allocated to other guests for logistical reasons. Any food ordered will be charged regardless of whether you consume it. For cakes brought along for celebrations, a service charge for place settings will be applied.
