Culinary delights at the Austrian Open-Air Museum

In the Austrian Open-Air Museum, the museum café "Kuchenstube" in the entrance area and the inn "Zum Göller" in the middle of the museum grounds provide for your physical well-being during your visit to the museum.

Gasthaus "Zum Göller"

Culinary delights in the middle of the Museum Valley

In the originally historic inn, visitors are offered typical dishes from the individual Austrian provinces in a cosy atmosphere.

Historical dishes from the various regions are served according to the time of year and seasonal produce, and the unique atmosphere and special menu offer the ideal opportunity to linger and savour.

Menus for groups are available on request! +43-3124/53700 or freilichtmuseum@museum-joanneum.at

Our "Kuchenstube" is located in the entrance area.

There are also culinary snacks for the small appetite or a snack for in between.

Our pastries are also available to take away/pick up!

When the weather is fine, you can of course also sit outside (parasols are available). Start your visit to the Valley of History with a good coffee!
