Weird Flowers

We are all so different, we know that. It is said time and time again. You who are reading this know that too. But knowing this, i.e. knowing it in our brains, does not help us when we ask ourselves how we can do everything we need to do together now that we have ended up here. Here on this planet, by chance, without having been asked to be here, where we are now and as we are. How do we have to do things so that we can do them together? What motivates us to participate in being together, even when it is difficult, even when it promises no reward? Is community something we need? And if so, how on earth do we create it when we are so different, so different that we usually never meet except sometimes, because chance would have it. Because we are here, in this time, in this place. And because we grow together and that probably unites us. And because we are all, as you are well aware, strange creatures. That's where we can start, isn't it? Don't you think?
