13.01.-25.01.2006

Curated by: Kim Young-joon

conceived by AedesBerlin

organised by Kunsthaus Graz and Technische Universität Graz

Planned as a self-sufficient city for print media, Paju Book City will be constructed on the northern bank of River Han in Korea.

Throughout the world this architectural mega project is a one-of-a-kind example for the programmatic design of a city and its interaction with architecture as well as economic and infrastructural requirements. The exhibition presents the unique character of Korean architecture as well as its influence on the urban living space.
