Schloss Trautenfels

@ Herbert Raffalt

The so-called romanticism of an area is a quiet sense of the sublime.

(Johann Wolfgang von Goethe)

The baroque castle is situated in a delightful alpine scenery at the foot of Mount Grimming, offering its visitors opulently decorated rooms. In the new exhibition the natural and cultural history of Styria's Enns Valley and the Ausseerland is attractive presented. Thematically changing special exhibitions complete the offer of Trautenfels Castle.
