Use of Image Material
The use of the image material for purposes other than those specified above and the distribution of the image material are not permitted. The license to use the image material is non-transferable. Fees will apply as soon as the image material is used for any other purpose.

Specimen Copy
Within six weeks of the start of the aforementioned use or following the aforementioned publication, Universalmuseum Joanneum GmbH shall receive a specimen copy from the image user, free of charge and without incurring any expenses, either in print or in digital form, at the address listed above.

Indemnification and Hold Harmless
The image user agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Universalmuseum Joanneum against all claims by third parties, in particular under the Copyright Act.

Submission for Approval
The Universalmuseum Joanneum may require the image user mentioned above to submit the image for approval prior to the aforementioned use or publication of the image material.

Source Citation
UMJ may require the user of the image to provide a source citation specified by UMJ for the aforementioned purpose when using the image material of the subject mentioned above.

House Rules
The house rules also apply to visits conducted as part of editorial reporting.
