Arrive with public transportation

Are you traveling by train, bus or tram? Then plan your visit with the Verbundlinien - the best way to get around in downtown Graz and in Styria.

Public Transportation

Travel safely and comfortably by bus or train:
Bus lines U630, 650 and 671 run at regular intervals from Andreas-Hofer-Platz/ Griesplatz in Graz directly to the Austrian Sculpture Park, journey time approx. 30-40 minutes. Please register larger (school) groups with the public transport company! Info here...

 

From Graz main station, the sculpture park can be reached in only 30 minutes by changing trains once. Info here...

 

  Free shuttle during the summer holidays: Between 10 July and 12 September 2021, an extra bus runs during the summer holidays every hour from Jakominiplatz in Graz to Schwarzlsee and thus directly to the Sculpture Park. Start Jakominiplatz always on the hour and back to Graz always at half past the hour.

 

 

 

By Bike:

From Graz main station, take cycle path no. 9 to Puntigam, follow the road via "Am Wegrain" and turn half-right into Mitterstraße. Follow the road and before crossing the motorway turn left onto "Bäckweg" and then follow along the Schwarzlteichen to the roundabout after "Wifi Süd". Take the fourth exit and after approx. 250m turn left into the car park of the Austrian Sculpture Park.

Duration approx. 45 minutes, length approx. 13 km.

Berggartencafé

The Café as such is generally closed and only opens for catered festivities. A beverage dispenser is provided on the backside of the Café, if you fancy refreshments.

You can book this venue for your own private events. You can even officiate your civil wedding here!
