About the
Event
The Bel Étage of Eggenberg Palace has remained almost unchanged since the 18th century. The cycle of 24 State Rooms with precious original interiors, historical furniture and over 500 ceiling paintings forms an ensemble of historical interior rooms such as are rarely found these days. At the centre is the splendid Planetary Room. Since 2010 Eggenberg Palace is a UNESCO World Heritage Site!

Admission to the State Rooms only as part of a guided tour!
Tue-Sun, public holidays at 11am, 12noon, 2pm and 4pm or by prior appointment.
Duration: approx. 50 minutes
Registration: Only required for groups
Max. 25 persons per guided tour.
Individual dates for guided tours in German, English, Italian and French, both for private groups and for companies by appointment only and need be booked at least one week in advance.
We are currently working on several conservation projects in Eggenberg at the same time, which will affect your visit. We apologise for any inconvenience caused by scaffolding on the façade, in the inner courtyard and in some of the State Rooms. Thank you for your understanding!
