Please note that your appointment booking is binding! If you need to cancel or change your appointment, you can do so free of charge up to 48 hours before your appointment time. Please let us know well in advance. If you do not attend your appointment, we will incur costs, which we will have to pass on to you if you cancel late or do not cancel at all: 50% of the invoice amount, or a minimum amount of €25 per booked agent in the case of schools.

Please ensure that your group arrives punctually at the agreed meeting point. If you are 10 minutes or more late, the guided tour/education programme may be shortened or cancelled for logistical reasons.

The Universalmuseum Joanneum's house rules apply to all visits.
