Assistance dogs

Assistance dogs are welcome in all of the buildings, park areas and exhibitions of the Universalmuseum Joanneum.

Renting wheelchairs

Wheelchairs can be rented free-of-charge on presentation of official photo ID at the ticket counter.

Educational mediation and groups

We offer guided tours and workshops by appointment for people with disabilities.
For groups from social institutions, we provide mediated access to our exhibitions at a special price (assistants: admission and guided tour free of charge).
