A car parked in a pedestrian zone. Headlights frame the car like on a film set. Lights colour the milky-transparent, stuck-together car windows, bathing the interior in an artificial ambience. Film music drifts muffled from inside the car. Visitors and passers-by listen to the soundtrack from outside or sit down in the vehicle.
The hermetic nature of the interior creates an atmospheric mental cinema with slow colour-light gradients and a collage of selected movie tracks. With the outside world only vaguely perceptible, an immersive, haunting atmosphere is created. The car as the familiar protagonist of the film. The visitors as actors. Light, colour and sound become an expanded cinema experience.
