This publication, published by Elisabeth Fiedler and Jasmin Haselsteiner-Scharner, documents the twelve individual projects of the OPEN FIELDS – Art and Agriculture project in images. Theoretical texts as well as interviews with the participating artists, collectives and farmers give insight into the development of the artworks. Furthermore, notions concerning art an ecology as well as commonalities and differences between the two fields are explored.
