Wayside shrine, Rassach near Stainz

Reconstructed: 1989 (original from 1600)

Wayside shrines such as this one survive in many rural areas. The shrine from Rassach dates from 1660. It is built of stone and has a slate roof. The granite for the slates is from a local quarry.
