Apiary from the Enns Valley

Reconstructed: 1991 (original from the 19th century)

The unusually decorated wooden beehives arranged in a row on the south-facing side of this apiary provided the farmers with honey and wax. This type of apiare was once common in the Ennstal and Murtal valleys.
