Schloss Trautenfels
The natural and cultural history of Styria’s Enns Valley and Aussee regions form the core of the Schloss Trautenfels collection. Begun in the 1950s, it brings together zoological, geological and mineralogical items, folklore objects and archaeological finds from the region. Apart from its memorable exhibitions, the castle itself is fascinating for its high-quality Baroque interiors and unforgettable views of the surrounding mountains.
From Nov. 1st till March 31st Schloss Trautenfels is closed. Please visit us from: March 31st to October 31st 2012: daily 10am-5pm
