Mon and Wed–Sun.: 10am - 5pm
Guided tours Sat, Sun, public holidays: 3.30pm (english)
1st November to 6th January and 1st to 31st March (admission only as part of a guided tour),
Mon and Wed–Sat: guided tours starting hourly 10.15am – 2.15pm (german)
Sun, public holidays: guided tours starting hourly 10.15am – 3.15pm (german)
Mon, Wed–Sun and public holidays: guided tours starting at 11.15am and 1.15pm (english)

Closed on the following public holidays: 21st February (Shrove Tuesday), 24th/25th December (Christmas Eve, Christmas Day)
