"Brave Beasts"

July 18, 2008 - April 13, 2009

The horse armour joins the round of "brave animals" in the Legermuseum in Delft (Netherlands) until April 13th, 2009. Through the centuries all kind of animals have helped the troops in one way or the other. Being it by warning them for hostile actions, carrying the equipment, giving consolement or sniffing for bombs, these animals are true heroes. The main characters are Tacoma the dolphin, Stubby the dog, Cher Ami the pig, Chetak the horse and Sorus the elephant.
