Schloss Eggenberg
Surrounded by a large landscape garden, Eggenberg is the most important palace setting in Styria. The idea of the "Planetengarten" is based on the same allegorical idea that underlies the "Planetensaal" and indeed the whole palace. Its fascinating architectural "cosmos" offers the ideal setting for a newly designed presentation of the Alte Galerie collection.
