Zusammenfassung: Der erste Fund von Phallogaster saccatus für die Steiermark mit Angaben zu Makro- und Mikromerkmalen, zum Standort sowie zur Verbreitung und Gefährdung wird hier dokumentiert und abgebildet.

The first finding of Phallogaster saccatus in Styria is reported. Additionally information on characters (macro scopic and microscopic), preferred habitats and distribution is given.
